How can I return a gift I received?

You are welcome to return a gift you have received within the 30 day returns period. You will need to return the item like a standard order with proof of purchase – i.e. a copy of the delivery invoice or email. If you require an exchange for a different size, please indicate the size you need on your returns paperwork.

If you require a refund, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. If you would prefer a gift card, please let us know.
