Where can I use my Roman Gift Card?

You can redeem your Roman gift card as part or full payment for goods purchased:

Here, at www.roman.co.uk

In any Roman standalone stores or outlet

On phone orders.

You cannot use gift cards in Roman concessions within department stores.

How do I use my gift card online?

To use your Roman gift card online, you will need the two unique numbers printed on your gift card. These are:

The 16-digit number on the back of the card

The scratch-off PIN on the back of the card (see figure 1).

At the payment stage of the checkout, there will be an option labelled 'Use a Roman gift card' (see figure 2). Select this, then enter your 16-digit number and scratch-off PIN, and click 'Use Gift Card'.

After entering the gift card details, your order balance will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the gift card(s). If there's any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card or in the usual way.

Please note you can only use one Roman gift card per purchase.

Can I use my gift card over the phone?

Yes, gift cards can be redeemed for orders placed over the telephone. We will simply ask you at the time of the purchase for the 16-digit gift card number and the scratch-off PIN.
