Do I need to pay for my return?

Yes, for UK orders we provide a prepaid returns label on your delivery invoice, which you can use to return any unwanted items to our Returns warehouse via Royal Mail. £3 will be deducted from your return, per order, to cover the cost of your return. We recommend you hold on to your proof of postage till your refund has been processed.

If using our online returns portal, you will be emailed a QR code or returns label to print at home.

For international returns, you will need to pay for your return. We recommend you use a trusted courier with a tracked service and keep hold of your proof of postage.
