I would like an exchange

By post, we can only provide an exchange for a different size of the same item. Simply, make a clear note on your returns note that you would like an exchange and state the size you require. Return the order to us within 60 days and we’ll do the rest! 

Please allow 14 working days for your return to be processed. Once your exchange has been initiated, you will receive email confirmation for your exchange order, followed by tracking details on its despatch from our warehouse.

In the event that the item is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the original method of payment.

You can also return your items to a Roman standalone store for an exchange, within the 60 days return period. Please take your proof of purchase along with your items.

Please note, stores are unable to provide returns for online purchases from Next, Amazon or another third-party, or purchases made through our website which were paid for using Klarna or PayPal; these must be returned by post.
