What do I do if I receive a faulty garment?

We hope you are 100% satisfied with everything you order from Roman.


However, if you do receive a faulty garment, please follow these steps:


  1. Send a ticket into customer.service@roman.co.uk, and title your ticket "FAULTY GARMENT - ORDER REF 103456789"
  2. Please attach images of the fault with the item.
  3. Advise if you would like to receive a replacement or a refund.


We will action your request as soon as possible, and you will receive an email once we have processed your refund or replacement.
