Once your order has been placed, we have a very small window to cancel. Please call customer services on 0121 636 0701 to cancel your order, but please bear in mind that if the order is in the picking stage, we will be unable to cancel this for you.
If you still do not want your order, we can mark it as a free return for you so you can return the order and receive a full refund. Please ensure you call customer services so we can do this for you.
